Agreement
This website is operated by Eric Reed for District Attorney. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
This is a political campaign website. It exists to tell Dallas County voters who Eric Reed is, what the office does, and how to write his name in on the ballot. It is not legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship with Eric Reed or with any lawyer.
Voting information
We work to keep the voting instructions on this site accurate, and the ballot steps are confirmed with Dallas County before they publish. Even so, election procedures, dates, hours and locations are set by Dallas County and the State of Texas and can change. Confirm the details with the Dallas County Elections Department or the Texas Secretary of State before you vote.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, to submit false information on a form, to impersonate another person, or to send abusive, threatening or harassing content. We may decline or remove any submission and may block access.
What you send us
If you send us a message, an endorsement, a photograph or any other material through this site, you confirm that it is yours to send and you give the campaign permission to use it in campaign communications. Do not send confidential information.

The text, images, graphics and design on this site belong to the campaign or are used with permission. You may share and quote from the site for the purpose of supporting or discussing the campaign. You may not use the campaign’s name, logo or materials in a way that suggests the campaign endorses you, your organization, or a product.
